Guests should be in good health, with full reflexes and able to tide for the duration of the tour
Guests must weigh from 100 to 300 pounds to operate the Segway Xafari. Scaled at the office upon arrival. Minimum height 5’1”
Guests should wear flat shoes. Closed toes recommended
Pregnant women won’t be admitted in the tour
All guests must sign a disclaimer prior to any of our tours starts

Age Restriction
It is important to be fully fit to operate the Segway Xafari. We won’t set a maximum age but will enforce that all participants must be able to ride for the duration of the tour, have healthy strong legs, be able to climb stairs without the aid of handrails, have sharp reflexes and good driving skills. If any of the mentioned fails to check on the day of the training prior the tour starts, we will not be able to tour with that participant and the cost of the tour won’t be refunded. Think safety first.
Insurance
Segway Tours PR strongly recommends that all participants purchase adequate travel, health and accident insurance prior the tour starts. The coverage must be valid for the duration of the tour.
The agreement between Segway Tours PR and the buyer do not include coverage for bodily injury, personal property, or damage as the result (but not limited) of negligence such as reckless use of Segway while under the influence of drugs, alcohol or improper driving.
Terms and Conditions Rates and Booking Procedure
Prices are per person, unless otherwise specified. All Transactions are in US Dollars. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Tour prices or availability are NOT guaranteed until full payment is received and a confirmation voucher is sent to guest by email.
Release and Waiver
Every participant in Segway Tours Puerto Rico is required to accept and sign a release and waiver form of rights before the guided tour begins. Segway Tours Puerto Rico cannot accept any tour participant without a duly signed release and waiver form. Our agents can provide a copy of the release and waiver form.
Agents and Representatives
Segway Tours Puerto Rico agents are representing us, but are not a party of any contract, nor are they in any event responsible or liable for any failure to provide any services as may be described in our literature pertaining to the contract and for any cancellation or accident during the tour.

Minimum Tour Participants
Segway Tours PR reserves the right to cancel if an insufficient number of tour participants have booked and paid in full. The minimum number of participants required is 4 (four) to conduct a guided tour.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with 48 hours or more before the tour time will be refunded 100%. Cancellations within 48 and 24 hours before the reservation date are subject to a 50% per reservation non-refundable fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours before the reservation date or for no shows will be subject to a 100% nonrefundable fee. All cancellations must be received in written form via email. Segway Tours of Puerto Rico reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service.
Changes to Your Reservation
You can make changes to your reservation at no charge with 24 hours or more before the tour date. Reducing the number of participants in your reservation with less than 24 hours to the time of the tour will have a 100% charge of the total cost of the tour per participant dropped. Cancellation Fees will be charged to your Credit Card. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Guests Weight
Guests must weigh up to 300lbs pounds to operate the Segway Xafari. Minimum height 5’1”Refund won’t apply if guests scale above or below the limits at the time of tour.
Customer Orientation
Every client will receive a full orientation on the Segway Xafari. The client orientation will cover all aspects of safe Segway operation by a representative.

Storage
Segway Tours PR will provide storage for client luggage free of charge, at clients’ risk.
Reservation and Payment
A 100% cost deposit is required at the time of booking; the deposit is subject to the cancellation policy. Payments will be processed by Paypal.

Complaints
Please bring any complaints to your tour guides immediate attention. Do not wait until the tour is over; we take customer complaints very serious and will address problems immediately.
Tour Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: Segway Tours Puerto Rico reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service for reasons beyond our will, possibilities and/or if any participant behaves recklessly. In the case of cancellation due to force majeure or lack of participants, Segway Tours PR will refund the deposited payment in full, which will constitute the full settlement. Segway Tours PR is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by the tour participant due to Segway Tours PR cancellation of the tour.
Tour Guides
Your tour guides are prepared to guarantee you a stress-free Tour. Please listen carefully to your guides instructions at the beginning of the tour. Your guide will and has to adjust to the weakest rider in your group. It is impossible to meet everyone’s needs and wishes.
Weather Conditions
Segway Tours PR cannot be made liable for unpleasant and unsuitable weather conditions and no refunds are made for such conditions as long as the tour gets completed.
Conflict Between English Text and Other Language Text If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the English text of these Terms and Conditions and any translation thereof into any other language, the English text shall prevail.
